For the Japanese Tea Cream Soda, we use matcha prepared with a bamboo whisk by our tea sommeliers for each order, as well as sencha, hojicha and Japanese black tea brewed in a teapot.
A small amount of honey is added as a secret ingredient to lightly mellow the astringency of the tea.
With our new Honey Lemon Cream Soda Sencha, you can enjoy the refreshing umami of sencha combined with the sweet and sour taste of honey lemon.
Topped with rich vanilla ice cream, it is the perfect drink for the hot summer.
